Toll road hogs are out to hijack the middle of the right-of-way along I-4 between Tampa and orlando, that was designated for a high speed rail project by former Governor Jeb Bush. The toll hogs are also after the proposed rebuild of the Howard Franklin Bridge in Tampa Bay to have Lexus lanes built instead of light rail or bus rapid.
